So, I went to the gym today with the intention of figuring out my starting point on all the equipment, and was there for 20 minutes before the CHINESE OLYMPIC TEAM came in and started training. …I felt so inadequate I ran to the other side of the gym :(
Because of the difference in the equipment, I’ve had to move some of my exercises onto free weights, which is a good step really but it means my lifting abililty has “gone down”.
I do think I’ve wasted some muscle too… I’m not lifting nearly as much as I was. It’s only been a week since I last went, so I’m not sure if it’s the equipment here or me… God knows.
Anyway, here’s my baselines:
I also did a short warmup, which was 8 minutes on a crosstrainer. Overall I burnt 286cal!
